All said, we’re powering through. My first trip to Portugal was incredible, and I did my best to organize suggestions around restaurants, hotels, shopping, and the surrounding areas.
I’ve found that city guides are becoming way too much — 40 hotels, 30 restaurants, 100 shops — all for the aspiring traveler going to a new city for four nights. It’s too much. So here are a few spots the places that after receiving hundreds of suggestions, I went with and approve. A starting guide to the city to get your beak wet.
