Outpost — the best damn thing in town.
Late one here as I just got back from Upstate Connecticut for a biannual camping trip. Every spring & fall a few of my best friends and I do a river crossing to a small island right off the Appalachian Trail — now dubbed Eagle Island as this spring there was a 5th member on the rock with us.
Need: Camping Gear
Over the years we’ve amassed some decent gear to camp but this year a good buddy, avid camper, and newcomer to the island showed up and absolutely blew us out of the water — he’s a pro.
Tea pot for some ginger before bed, water purifiers, sleeping bags, portable camping chairs, pillows…the works.
“you guys dont have pillows?” he exclaimed as I rolled up my spare clothes for some neck support.
As such I promise not to step foot back on that island without the gear fit for a sherpa on Everest. Here’s some things we’ve acquired over the years and items my man Andre put me onto…all available on Outpost.
